Richard John - Photoshopper extraordinaire who also happens to be Laura's dad

Richard John grew up in Ft. Worth, TX and attended Paschal High School. He went on to attend Rice University on a football scholarship.

He started his early work life running heavy equipment for Texas Steel, and then went on to work for the State as a meat inspector. Richard also has a background in commercial art.  His last full-time work gig was his own plumbing and excavation business in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, which has been passed down to his son, and Laura's brother, Jeff.

Richard is an avid bow hunter and loves to fish, especially with his brother Mike.

Today, Richard lives in Cleburne, TX and still does plumbing and excavation consulting. He is also the great photo-shopping expert, when it comes to removing signs and other unnecessary distractions, making our photos absolutely gorgeous! See an example below.
